These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the OCTOPUS website (the “Site”) and any related services, information, or materials provided by OCTOPUS (collectively, the “Services”).
OCTOPUS is an independent, discreet, international private strategic advisory firm Founded in 2015, specializing in geopolitical analysis, security consulting, political risk assessment, regulatory intelligence, and related high-risk advisory services.

Eligibility and Access
Access to the Site and Services is invitation-only and highly selective. You must be pre-vetted and authorized through secure channels to engage with OCTOPUS. Unauthorized access is prohibited. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Nature of Services
The Services provide strategic intelligence, geopolitical forecasting, sanctions navigation, counter-terrorism tracking, tactical support information, forensic analysis of illicit networks, AML/compliance strategies, and related advisory content for informational and strategic purposes only.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Services solely for your internal, authorized strategic purposes. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

- Maintain the absolute confidentiality of all OCTOPUS materials and engagements.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to): unauthorized access, data mining, reverse engineering, introducing viruses/malware, interfering with the Site, sharing access credentials, or using the Services for any illegal or harmful activity.
Confidentiality
Given the sensitive nature of our work, all engagements and materials are subject to strict confidentiality protocols. You agree to treat all information received from OCTOPUS as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law (with prompt notice to OCTOPUS where permissible).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCTOPUS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities) arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility.
In no event shall OCTOPUS's total liability exceed the fees paid by you to OCTOPUS for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim (or, if no fees were paid for website access, USD $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OCTOPUS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
OCTOPUS may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or in courts of competent jurisdiction if arbitration is unenforceable.
Changes to Terms
OCTOPUS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.
